Take A Love

Love is an American romantic comedy-drama streaming television show that was created by Judd Apatow and Lesley Arfin. Rust, Gillian Jacobs and Mike Mitchell star in the show. Claudia O'Doherty is also in the series. The original plan for the series was two seasons available on Netflix. The first season, which lasted 10 episodes, was made available on February 19, 2016, and a second season of 12 episodes was released on March 10 the 10th of March, 2017. Netflix renewed the series for a third season one month prior to the second-season premiere. On December 15, 2017, Netflix declared that its third season of the series would be the final season. The third season debuted on March 9, 2018, and provides an "down to earth" examination of the relationship. It explores both genders' perspectives on romantic relationships through the characters Mickey (played by Jacobs) and Gus (played by Rust). Mickey and Gus are two people who are not trustworthy both carrying significant emotional baggage, attempting to build trust with each other. Mickey is an alcoholic, a love/sex addict and a pot-smoker, and someone who is known to be dishonest with herself as well as others. Gus is awkward emotional and dependent.
